1. Introduction
MinutePay (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides a digital platform connecting freelancers and service seekers across multiple categories such as business support, education, creative arts, digital services, health, personal care, and more. By using MinutePay, you acknowledge that MinutePay acts only as an intermediary platform, not as an employer, contractor, or agent of any user.
2. Eligibility
To use MinutePay, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Agree to abide by all applicable **local and national laws while using our platform.
3. User Accounts
* Each user must create a personal account with a valid mobile number or email ID. * You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. * MinutePay will not be liable for any loss caused by unauthorised access to your account.
4. Service Connection
MinutePay connects:
Freelancers/Service Providers, who list their skills and set their own prices. Clients/Service Seekers, who browse, hire, and pay for the required services.
All communications, negotiations, and transactions between freelancers and clients are at their own risk and discretion.
5. Payments
* Payments for services are processed securely through authorised gateways. * Freelancers are paid after completion and confirmation of the task by the client. * MinutePay may deduct a small platform fee or service charge as applicable. * Refunds (if any) will be handled as per the Refund Policy stated separately.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
* Post or offer illegal, harmful, or prohibited services. * Misuse, copy, or redistribute any content without authorisation. * Engage in harassment, fraud, or misleading activities. * Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
Any violation may lead to account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.
7. Role of MinutePay
MinutePay is not a party to any agreement between freelancer and client. We are only a digital platform facilitating connection and transaction. We do not guarantee the quality, completion, or legality of any service. All users act on their own responsibility.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
* Clients may request cancellation before work begins. * Refunds (if approved) will be processed after deducting applicable platform charges. * No refund will be issued once the service has been completed and approved by the client.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy By using MinutePay, you consent to the storage, processing, and use of your data for platform functionality, communication, and security purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and platform content (except user-provided content) are the property of Younger Brother Infinite Services Private Limited . ( A Parental Company Of Minute Pay ) Users may not use our name, logo, or design elements without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
MinutePay shall not be responsible for:
* Any direct or indirect loss caused by freelancers or clients. * Errors, delays, or disputes in communication or payment. * Any damages arising from misuse or unauthorised access to the app.
Use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.
12. Termination
MinutePay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
* You violate any terms or policies. * You misuse the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes. * You act in a manner harmful to other users or the brand reputation.
13. Modifications
MinutePay may update or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be available on the app and website, and continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of such changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh courts.
